Subprocessors

Overview
Wisplet engages certain third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to process limited personal data in order to provide, secure, and improve our Services. Each Subprocessor is contractually bound to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations consistent with applicable law.
This page is provided pursuant to global data-protection laws, including GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, and the India DPDP Act. Customers will be notified of material changes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Categories of Subprocessors
Our Subprocessors fall into the following categories:
- Cloud Infrastructure: secure hosting, storage, and compute environments.
- Authentication & Identity: account login and secure session management.
- Payments & Billing: subscription management and financial transactions.
- Analytics: privacy-preserving telemetry to improve service performance.
- Support Tools: communication channels and helpdesk platforms.

This list will be updated as new Subprocessors are engaged or existing Subprocessors are removed.
Notifications of Changes
We will provide notice of material changes to this list of Subprocessors through the Services, email, or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated list.
