Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Wisplet, owned and operated by Harikrishnan Kodakkad (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our websites, applications, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use, security breach, or suspected compromise of your account.

Subject to these Terms, Wisplet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation):

• Reverse-engineering, copying, or reselling the Services.
• Using the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Interfering with security features, access controls, or system integrity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Using the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

You retain ownership of content you submit or generate using the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Wisplet a limited license to host, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We do not claim ownership of your private content.

• Certain features are provided under paid subscription plans. Fees are disclosed at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings or our billing provider.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may provide credits or refunds at our sole discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if continued use would pose legal, operational, or security risks. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the Services. Termination will not relieve you of obligations accrued before the date of termination.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisplet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisplet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR ₹10,000.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wisplet and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email before taking effect. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
