Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions and payments made for Wisplet services (“Services”). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Renewals

  • All Wisplet subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring timely cancellation if you do not wish to renew.
  • Renewal dates and applicable charges are disclosed at checkout and in your account settings.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing. You will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Cancellations take effect immediately for free trials.

4. Refund Policy

Except as required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused features, or remaining subscription periods.

Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
  • Where consumer protection laws (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period) require refunds.

If you are eligible under applicable law (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.

5. Free Trials

Wisplet may offer free or discounted trials. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, subscriptions will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately at billing@wisplet.com. We will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with applicable law and payment processor rules.
